Cancellation Policy

Here at Beachmere Dental, we understand the unplanned issues can arise, and you may need to cancel an appointment.

Should this occur, we respectfully ask that appointments be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

Appointments with our skilled dentists are in high demand and we want to be available for your needs and those of our other patients.

We specifically reserve a time for you, cancellations with short notice or failure to attend, means that other patients cannot be offered these times.

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations. A cancellation fee may apply.

For patients with multiple late notice cancellations or failures to attend, we reserve the right to charge a rebooking fee.
